Shipments

Completion of a transaction on the website is only after receiving approval from the clearing company.
It usually takes up to 3 weeks to finish orders in our workshop, before shipping.

For deliveries in Israel: the items will be sent by courier to the customer's home.

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

We also offer in-store pickup for online orders.

Delivery costs: Domestic delivery by Israel Post to the customer's home is free!

For shipments abroad:

Items are available for overseas shipping via DHL.

For most countries of the world delivery time of 7-14 business days.

Once we ship your package, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your package online.

International delivery via DHL Express to the customer's home - is free!

Products shipped outside of Israel may be subject to charges enforced by customs and local regulation before receiving the delivery. In that case, you would be contacted by DHL or a third party company to pay the amount required. Therefore, the recipient of the products is responsible for all required import duties. Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the package through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result, we will not be able to advise or provide any assistance in these processes. Cancellation and Returns

Your satisfaction with your Kameo jewelry is our top priority.

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations :

As long as the jewelry has not been worn and is in the original purchased condition, including all product documentation. For returns or exchanges, please contact us within: 3 days of delivery to obtain consent to return the item. You will be asked to send items for return within: 7 days of delivery. To cancel an order please contact us in 24 hours from the moment of purchase.

You cannot receive a refund for :

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, no refunds will be given for specially prepared or custom designed orders.
These products will not be given a monetary credit but a credit for buying on our website/store.

Return conditions:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. It is recommended to send with insured shipping (this is how we ship to customers), since we cannot issue a refund if we have not received the item.
