Cancellation and Returns

Your satisfaction with your Kameo jewelry is our top priority.
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations :
As long as the jewelry has not been worn and is in the original purchased condition, including all product documentation. For returns or exchanges, please contact us within: 3 days of delivery to obtain consent to return the item. You will be asked to send items for return within: 7 days of delivery. To cancel an order please contact us in 24 hours from the moment of purchase.

You cannot receive a refund for :
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, no refunds will be given for specially prepared or custom designed orders.
These products will not be given a monetary credit but a credit for buying on our website/store.
*In addition, it is not possible to return or exchange items on sale.*
Return conditions:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. It is recommended to send with insured shipping (this is how we ship to customers), since we cannot issue a refund if we have not received the item.

When returning a product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment, please allow two weeks for your account to be credited. If you wish to return or exchange an item or cancel an order, please email us at the following address and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
