RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Eligibility Requirements
* Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.
* All original packaging and product documentation must be included.
Timeframes:
* Returns/Exchanges: Contact us within 3 days of delivery to obtain authorization for your return.
* Shipping Deadline: Return items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.
* Order Cancellations: Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our craft, the following items are not eligible for refunds:
* Custom-designed pieces.
* Made-to-order jewelry.
* Personalized items.
These items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
Please note: Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit may be offered at our discretion for select items.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyer Responsibilities
* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
* Items must be returned in their original condition; any loss of value due to damage or wear will be the buyer's responsibility.
* We strongly recommend using insured shipping with tracking (as we do for all customer orders).
* Important: Refunds cannot be processed for items we do not receive.
Refund Processing:
* For purchases made via PayPal or credit card, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
