Use of this website is conditional upon the user's acceptance of all the provisions contained in these terms and conditions. Therefore, you are requested to read all the provisions of these terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to any of the provisions of these terms, you are requested to exit the website and not use it.
Use of the website is prohibited for anyone under the age of 18 and/or anyone who requires guardian approval for such actions.
It should be noted that any action performed on the website by one of the aforementioned will be considered as if approval was obtained.
For convenience, these terms are drafted in the masculine form, but the provisions apply to all genders.
Terms of Use for the Online Store
1. Prohibition of Purchase for Commercial Purposes
Purchases on the website are permitted for personal use only. It is prohibited to purchase items on the website for commercial purposes. Kameo reserves the right not to honor and/or cancel orders and/or purchases made for commercial purposes, at the sole discretion of the website owner.
2. Item Availability
Items offered for sale on the website, some are in the store's inventory, and some need to be specially produced for the order. In an exceptional case, where after receiving order confirmation it is not possible to supply the ordered item, we will contact you to find an alternative or cancel the original order.
Kameo reserves the right to stop marketing any of the items offered on its website at any time and without prior notice, and none of the users shall have any claim and/or demand and/or suit in this regard.
3. Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to change the prices listed on the website at any time and without prior notice. The price charged to the buyer through the website will be the price listed on the website at the time of purchase.
Sizing and/or length adjustment services may sometimes involve an additional charge.
4. Payment Methods
Purchases through the website are possible by credit card and PayPal only.
Completion of the purchase through the website is conditional upon obtaining the required approval from the credit card company.
5. Order Confirmation:
After the order is confirmed by the user (by clicking "Send"), the order will be processed for fulfillment. If there is no impediment to fulfilling the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the user's email address within 48 hours of placing the order.
If it is not possible to produce the jewelry or if the credit card company does not approve the charge, an appropriate notice will be sent to the user, the credit card will not be charged, and Kameo will be exempt from supplying the ordered product, without the user having any claim against it in this regard.
6. Item Photographs on the Website
Photographs of items on the website are for illustration purposes only. We make every effort to ensure that the item photographs reflect their actual appearance. However, there may be differences due to technical limitations (graphics issues, computer monitors with different resolutions, etc.). It is clarified that we will not be responsible for the aforementioned differences.
Delivery
1. Delivery Areas
Items ordered through the website and for which payment has been made through the website can be delivered within the State of Israel and abroad.
2. Delivery Options
When placing your purchase, you can choose your preferred delivery method from the following options:
● Shipping: The product will arrive at your chosen address within approximately 30 business days (for Israel) and 40 business days (for international orders/abroad) from the date of order confirmation. (This timeframe includes both item production and shipping.) Shipping is free both within Israel and internationally.
● Self-Pickup: The ordered item can be collected in person at the physical store located at 8 Shmuel HaNagid Street in Jerusalem. This option must be selected during the order process. Please wait for a message or phone call from a store representative confirming that your item is ready for pickup.
Kameo, or anyone on its behalf, shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters and/or wars and/or acts of hostility and/or malfunctions in computer systems and/or telephone systems and/or various communication malfunctions and/or any other factor resulting from force majeure.
3. Receipt of the Ordered Item
The ordered item will be supplied only to the person who ordered it. As a condition for receiving the item, the customer must present a valid identification card to the courier. Afterwards, the customer must sign a form confirming receipt of the ordered item.
For international orders, the item will be supplied to the address provided by the customer, along with the recipient's phone number. (Providing the recipient's phone number is a condition for international shipping via DHL.)
It is hereby clarified that under no circumstances will delivery of the item be possible without the presence of the customer and presentation of their identification card.

Cancellation of Purchase
Please note that this section applies only to purchases made through the website (for orders placed and paid through the website).
A purchase made through the website can be canceled in accordance with the provisions of Section 14c. of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"), as detailed below:
From the date of placing the order up to 7 days from the date of receiving the ordered item.
Please note: Purchases of custom-designed pieces, made-to-order jewelry, personalized items, as well as sale and promotional items, cannot be canceled.
Purchases of items that have been damaged or used in any way cannot be canceled.
Cancellation of the order must be made in writing only, by sending an email to: kameoshopify@gmail.com
Anyone requesting to cancel a transaction made through the website must present the original transaction invoice.
In case of transaction cancellation, as stated, not due to a defect in the ordered item and/or non-conformity, the following provisions shall apply:
(1) Kameo shall refund the Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the Cancellation Notice the portion of the Transaction Price paid by the Buyer, shall cancel the Buyer’s charge for the Transaction, and shall provide the Buyer with a copy of the Cancellation Notice. No amount shall be charged to the Buyer except for Cancellation Fees not exceeding 10% of the Price of the Item. Furthermore, the refund shall not include shipping charges.
(2 )If the Buyer has received the Ordered Item, the Buyer must return it to the physical store in Jerusalem or by courier mail, and only then will the Buyer receive a refund within fourteen (14) business days.
(3) The Item must be returned in its original packaging, complete, and without any damage, defects, or malfunctions.
In the event of a transaction cancellation due to a defect in the Ordered Item and/or non-conformity and/or non-delivery on time and/or any other breach of these terms by Kameo, the following shall apply:
● Kameo shall refund the Buyer the cost of the Transaction paid by the Buyer within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the Cancellation Notice, cancel the Buyer’s charge for the Transaction, and provide the Buyer with a copy of the Cancellation Notice. No Cancellation Fees shall be charged to the Buyer.
● If the Buyer has received the Ordered Item, the Buyer may return the Defective Item by the following method: By courier mail or by physical delivery to the Store in Jerusalem.
No funds paid by the Buyer will be refunded until the item purchased is returned to Kameo.
Kameo reserves the right to cancel a transaction and refund the Buyer’s money in the event of a clerical error in the product price or description.
Exchange Policy
The option to exchange products will be given in certain cases by contacting us via email at kameoshopify@gmail.com
Intellectual Property
All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to this website and all its content are the exclusive property of Kameo. No person shall have any right to use, demand, or claim against this business or anyone acting on its behalf regarding these rights. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, market, translate, or otherwise use any information from the website without our prior written permission.
Privacy
Kameo undertakes not to use the details of registered users on the website except for purposes of completing transactions as stated in these terms and conditions, and for distributing marketing and/or promotional material of the company as described in Section 9 below. It is agreed that the foregoing shall not limit Kameo or anyone acting on its behalf from using non-identifiable information that does not relate to any specific user, and such use shall be permitted at their sole discretion.
Confidentiality of Information
Kameo takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect data on the website, including, but not limited to, the use of advanced security systems. Nevertheless, despite these efforts, breaches of the website’s information systems and exposure of data to third parties may occur. Kameo and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from such breaches.
Mailing List
By providing your details to register for the mailing list or by making purchases on the website, you consent to receive advertising material directly to your email inbox and/or your residential address and/or your mobile phone, in accordance with the information you provided on the website. You shall have no claim against Kameo or anyone acting on its behalf in this regard. There is an option to opt out at any time (the “Refusal Notice”). A refusal notice must be provided in writing to

Limitation of Liability
Use of the website is at the user’s sole risk. Kameo and anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of the website, or for damages to purchased items due to unreasonable use by the purchaser.
Right to Changes
Kameo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Only the version of the terms and conditions published on the website at the time the user engages in an action shall apply to that action and bind Kameo and the user. The user is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically.
Prohibition of Illegal Use of the Website
The website shall not be used for illegal purposes or for any purpose prohibited by these terms and conditions. It is expressly forbidden to collect images and details entered on the website for commercial or other uses. It is also forbidden to use the website as a link to other websites or to host it on other websites. Kameo reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to stop any prohibited activity.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be brought before the competent judicial authorities in Jerusalem. The conditions on that page, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, specify the timeframes, eligibility criteria, and procedures for returning or exchanging items, including conditions for bespoke items and cancellation fees.
